Quality Control

Our quality program applies to all aspects of our operations, including project management, self-performance, construction and production work. Quality control procedures are observed by all site personnel as part of our indigenous corporate culture.
Quality control officers assigned to each project are responsible for total compliance, client coordination and implementation of quality programs.

ISO 9001 -2015

MODON Group follows the ISO 9001:2015 internal quality management system to demonstrate the company’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet and enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement and the assurance of conformity to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001- 2015

MODON implements ISO 14001 ,the internationally accredited standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system which we adopt to enhance our environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste, gaining a competitive market advantage and stakeholders’ trust.
It helps us reduce industrial waste and environmental damage and acts as our framework for better environmental impact management.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We are committed to providing environmentally sustainable quality services in the fields of electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil engineering in a manner that minimizes our potential impact on the environment, and ensures a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. We will operate in compliance with relevant environmental legislation and according to the requirements of the Environmental Management System of ISO 14001:2015 and regulatory obligations.
